You can register at any time using the online form. We will also be happy to advise you personally on your selection and booking during office hours.
Booking procedure
1. request
As soon as the form has been completed and sent, you will receive an e-mail.
2. processing
The availability of the various services is checked. This process may take a few working days. You will then receive a corresponding response.
3. confirmation
After receiving your confirmation, a House of Winterthur tour guide will contact you to discuss the details of the tour.
4. menu selection restaurant
The selection is required at least two weeks before the event. For starters and main courses, different dishes can be selected for each course (e.g. five people select option 1 and eight people select option 2).
5. definitive number of participants
The number of people in the group is required at least 4 days before the event.
Payment:
Invoicing takes place in the month following the tour. You will receive a total invoice for all services.
Small print
Several groups
Several groups of 20 people can travel at the same time. For groups of 21 or more people, an additional 30 minutes will be charged at CHF 40 per group. Aperitifs and hors d'oeuvres may vary depending on the group.
Cancellations
Individual cancellations regarding the number of participants (max. 5 persons) can be considered free of charge up to 4 days before the event. Cancellations at shorter notice may incur cancellation fees depending on the restaurant and the secret passage 188.
