Settlement success: Natuvion has arrived in Winterthur

The software and IT consulting company Natuvion is represented at a total of nine locations worldwide - since June of this year, one of these locations has been in Winterthur. The establishment of Natuvion AG was a great success for the House of Winterthur economic development team. With Natuvion, we not only welcome a new company to Winterthur, but also a new member of House of Winterthur. Our Head of Economic Development, Roger Graber (right) and our Project Manager Economic Development Antonietta Lomoro (center) met with Jens Engehausen (left), CRO and Managing Director of Natuvion, and asked him three questions about the new location in Winterthur.

Mr. Engehausen, could I ask you to briefly introduce yourself and tell us a little about yourself and your current position?
My name is Jens Engehausen, I have lived in Switzerland for 25 years, I am married and have two children. I have previously worked for various well-known consulting firms such as SAP, IBM, IMG and BearingPoint. Since July 2021, I have been with Natuvion Schweiz AG, which we founded as a subsidiary of the Natuvion Group Germany. As Managing Director, I am also responsible for global sales development for the Natuvion Group.

What are Natuvion's plans for Winterthur and why did you choose Winterthur as a location?
I chose Winterthur as a location because of its excellent infrastructure: it's not far from Zurich Airport or the border with Germany or Austria. Winterthur has undergone a major transformation in recent years. The city is modern, green and safe. The strong service sector, the "hidden champions" of industry that are based here and the proximity to the ZHAW were further reasons. I also love the city personally. Our aim is to build up a good, sustainable network of customers (SAP and non-SAP) in Switzerland in order to support the Natuvion Group throughout Europe.

You are currently building up your team at the Winterthur site. What does someone need to bring to the table to fit into your team?
We are increasingly looking for sales managers who enjoy sales, are ambitious and are familiar with the SAP environment. Project managers and project leaders who can manage SAP projects in various dimensions are also welcome. Not only ambition, but also a great sense of humor and the desire to learn new things are part of my job.
