Andri Fabig is the new President of Digital Winterthur. He took over the presidency from his predecessor Raphael Tobler in 2024. In a brief interview, Fabig explains what he will focus on as president of the association.

Andri Fabig is the full-time head of Sales Consulting at the cloud company UMB.
What do you want to achieve in your first 100 days as President of Digital Winterthur and where do you want to go in the medium term?
As a committed association, it is important to know our members and partners well so that we can embark on a targeted journey. As a team, we on the Executive Board have already decided to sharpen our profile and focus our activities even more consistently on the needs of our region. This is also accompanied by a new vision and mission. As an inspiring network, we want to shape Winterthur as a strong digital region and bring forward-looking innovations to life. We achieve this in particular by promoting interaction between business, society, research and politics with targeted projects and events.
What will you focus on as President?
That we not only act in a targeted manner, but also measure ourselves effectively in terms of achieving our goals. We want to create tangible added value. We can do this, for example, by working even more closely with a wide range of existing partners. We are building on a great foundation that was laid by the previous President Raphael Tobler.
What are you most looking forward to in the coming year as part of Digital Winterthur?
Several topics that we are already working on. We are launching a new project to promote the location, the details of which we will communicate in a few months' time, and we are organizing great interactive events, e.g. with FC Winterthur or Technorama. We are also creating a new website and new benefits for our members.
