"Indoor cycling at StudioOne is a real happening"
Indoor cycling is the trend! Anyone who attends a course at StudioOne experiences much more than normal spinning. Managing Director Bruno Binder tells us in a short interview what makes StudioOne so special.

StudioOne is located in the heart of Winterthur.
Who is behind one-cycling AG?
I am at the helm as managing director together with the owner, Reto Decurtins. Both of us have been spinning instructors for many years and are enthusiastic cyclists. Our team of trainers takes the participants on a journey, teaches them the correct riding technique and, above all, makes sure they have a lot of fun. Be it on the 26 bikes during indoor cycling in StudioOne or on guided cycle routes outdoors.
What makes your indoor spinning class so unique?
Anyone who is familiar with conventional spinning from fitness centers will be surprised when they come to us for the first time. It's about much more than just improving your fitness or bridging periods of bad weather. Indoor cycling at StudioOne is a real happening, with a light show and guaranteed fun! People of all ages train with us, summer and winter. However, young people in particular are very enthusiastic, picking up on the trend from social media.
Which course would you recommend for a team event and why?
There are three different classes at StudioOne. RythmOne, PureOne and SoulOne. PureOne or SoulOne are best suited for a team event, as they are also suitable for beginners. While PureOne comes closest to classic spinning, SoulOne is peppered with dance elements and works the whole body.
