How Winterthur was transformed into a vibrant art metropolis.
In the 1910s - the "glorious decade" - Winterthur developed into an art city of international renown. Important collectors and patrons such as Hedy and Arthur Hahnloser and Georg and Oskar Reinhart heralded a new understanding of art.
The temple of art at the Stadthaus was built under the leadership of factory owner Richard Bühler. The tour looks at this decade and the key moments in the development of art.
It shows you what the wealth of the exponents was based on, what motives they had for collecting art and informs you about current events in the art city of Winterthur.

Bei Spezialführungen mit Kulinarik fallen zusätzliche Kosten an. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (<48 Std.) wird ein Expresszuschlag von CHF 50 verrechnet.
