Company visit to Condecta AG in Winterthur

Headquartered in Winterthur, Condecta AG has had a successful presence on the Swiss market since 1959 and is one of the leading providers in the Swiss construction industry. Condecta stands for excellent service and a high degree of customer orientation.
Under the motto "Everything from a single source", Condecta presents a wide range of products in the areas of room systems, construction machinery and cranes, mobile toilets, event services and water protection. Condecta guarantees high-quality products and solutions tailored to customer requirements in all areas.
With 180 employees, the company has a presence throughout Switzerland: at its headquarters in Winterthur, at the sites in Echallens VD, Trimmis GR, Bern-Brünnen BE and the storage site in Kappel SO. The company's own crane production facility in Schio (Italy) and the Geretsried site (Germany) complement the organization perfectly.
There is currently a shortage of skilled workers, which is why cooperation with universities and training centers is being sought.
Digitalization is also a major topic with a focus on Industry 4.0, for example projects such as the control of water protection systems, a digital crane equipped with sensor maintenance or even toilet cubicles that can be tracked using a chip.
