Raspberry ice cream made from entirely regional ingredients

Upon arrival, we are warmly welcomed by the team. The raspberry ice cream is currently being produced. "Our raspberry ice cream is something special to me," says Brigitte Grab, adding: "Raspberry was one of our first flavors, and most of the berries come from our own farm." From chocolate and vanilla to lavender

The Team Grab started Team Grab with berries from their own garden. Soon, classic flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, and mocha were added. Later, more unusual specialties such as lavender followed. It is no longer a secret in the region that Team Grab ice cream is Team Grab only high quality but also tastes delicious. As a result, it is now available in many places. For example, it can be purchased in many farm shops, various Volg and Coop stores, the tourist information office at Winterthur main station, campsites, and, of course, in the company's own farm shop.

The Team Grab not only Team Grab delicious ice cream, but also produces wine and grape juice at their vineyard on the Schiterberg—the steepest vineyard in the canton of Zurich.
