Working closely with service partners, companies and the marketing team, she ensures that the MICE location Winterthur is positioned effectively - and that an inquiry becomes a coherent event experience. 

07:30 o'clock - Quiet start to the working day
The office is still quiet and I enjoy the peace and quiet before the hustle and bustle. First there is dthe mandatory check on: e-mails, calendar, teams. There's a lot going on today. ABut first things first: A "chat" with my work colleague:iinside. Im 60%-workload this is my unofficial "update meeting".

Then it starts with Answering inquiries, capacities and availabilities of event locations check hotel allotments. The end result is an offer with ideas for a successful event. The aim is to offer the customer offer the customer a coherent overall experience - with overnight accommodation, culinary delights, culture and activities in Winterthur.form 

09:00 h - Consulting live
A company is planning its anniversary - my colleague Mirjam and I are allowed to support. We share the tasks in a work-sharing arrangement, and her expertise as a city tour expert also flows into the consultations. In conversation with the company everything revolves around their wishes, ideas and visionswhere we provide advice.

10:00 h - Teamwork
After the consultationtion meeting is followed by the debriefing. Together we develop the event concept further: In which location will the anniversary take place, what is the appropriate supporting program and which service provider will take care of the gala dinner. We request initial viewings and appointments to get to know each other.

form11:00 am - Location check on site
I visit ea new event location and a potential partner. The focus is on getting to know each other, I get a tour of the premises and check for which formats and customers the location is suitable for. The location could become a real insider tip - it fits perfectly into our portfolio and I'm hoping for a new partnership. 

12:00 p.m. - Lunch break
A cozy lunch at Hasan's - the legendary sandwiches always work! Then a short walk through the old town to clear your head and start the afternoon fresh. start the afternoon.form 

13:00 - Trade fair planning
In the afternoon I start with an online call with two of our key partners - we plan our next trade fair appearance. Decoration, flyers, interactive elements, transport logistics, communication ideas - everything is coordinated. The goal? To present Winterthur as an event destination. as an event destination.

14:00 o'clock - Brainstorming with chocolate power
Together with the marketing team I plan the next Meetings & Events newsletter: Which topics inspire our readers? readers? Is there a competition? A listicle? Events that you can't miss? One thing is clear: For the necessary energy boost in the afternoon, a piece of chocolate is a must.

15:30 o'clock - Get-together in Zurich
An exciting appointment awaits at the end of the day: At the get-together with the Zurich Convention Bureau, we will get in the mood for this year's "Zurich MICE Days" . As a partner destination, we are right in the middle of it all - with a briefing, workshop and networking aperitif.
