2025 company survey: Location satisfaction remains high

Despite a challenging economic environment, the overall mood among companies in the economic region and Weinland economic region remains positive. This is shown by the results of the 2025 company survey conducted by House of Winterthur, which was also carried out for the first time by the Zurich Weinland location promotion agency in the district of Andelfingen. Companies are increasingly concerned about price pressure and the shortage of skilled workers.

In 2025, Winterthur Business location an attractive Business location for many companies. The latest company survey confirms that satisfaction with the economic conditions in the region remains high. Around 70 percent of the companies surveyed rate the conditions at the location as satisfactory to very satisfactory. This means that the satisfaction rating remains at the same level as last year, even though the economic environment is characterized by uncertainty and increasing pressures. A clear majority of companies are confident about business development in the coming year.
