Hike & enjoy in spring for the first time: 3rd Winterthur Genuss-Wanderung in Zurich's wine country

The joint project of GastroWinterthur and House of Winterthur is entering its 3rd round: In 2022 even in spring and fall. Tickets for Friday and Saturday, May 20 and 21, 2022 can now be booked atgenuss-wanderung. This time it's off to the Winterthur region: the idyllic hike takes pleasure-seekers through the vast Zurich wine country past Lake Husemer, through vineyards and with a fantastic view of the mountain panorama during the main course. Along this route, participants are once again spoiled by friendly hosts, bakers and winegrowers at the delightful stops.

On Fridays and Saturdays, a group starts every 15 minutes between 9 and 11 a.m. - whether whole teams as a company event or pleasure-loving private individuals, families or club outings. All in all, the Genuss-Wanderung takes around 7 hours, including eating and hiking. The 13-kilometre route leads from Ossingen past Lake Husemer to Trüllikon, through the vineyards via Wildensbuch to Benken. Here, hiking enthusiasts are picked up by the vintage bus, which takes them to the last stop in Andelfingen. For the return journey, you can take the train from Andelfingen station to Winterthur.
