Description

The Krone boutique hotel in Winterthur is located in a historic building in the heart of the old town. Thanks to its central location, this old town hotel is suitable for both city and business travelers. The train station is just a few minutes' walk away and the city of Zurich is less than 20 minutes away by train. Guests can choose between five different room categories. The 39 rooms are all equipped with a box-spring bed, desk, safe, sofa, minibar, Nespresso machine, dressing room and rain shower. In the city's oldest inn, tradition is celebrated and modernized on the plates - from the popular Wiener Schnitzel to the refined market vegetable plate. In addition to quality, the kitchen teams pay attention to local and fresh ingredients, some of which come directly from the weekly market in front of the hotel. Selected wines are also served, including some from Winterthur itself. The spacious terrace is the perfect place for a leisurely coffee break after a shopping trip or an aperitif before dinner.

Arrival (check-in/check-out)

Arrival from 15.00 to 22.00 / Departure from 06.30 to 12.00. If you arrive earlier or depart later, the hotel will be happy to store your luggage for you.

Conditions/Extras

Children:
On request, a baby crib can be provided free of charge for children up to the age of 2. Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Extra beds are only available on request in specially equipped rooms.

Parking:
Guests arriving by car can park their car in one of the underground parking spaces. The parking garage is located 50 meters from the hotel. The number of parking spaces is limited, please mention your parking request when making your reservation.
